| DUBAI -- UAE ~ All races run on turf. ~ To race in Dubai, horses MUST be based overseas (not in North America). It is suggested to owners that you identify your overseas facility in your entries, and when listing the breeder please include the country. Horses bred in North America may race in Dubai if they are now racing for an overseas owner/facility. ~ 5 horses per owner per race in undercards, 2 per race in stakes - unless otherwise noted in the individual meet listing. ~ Be sure to put "DUBAI" in the subject line of email entries. |
